It is valid for a maximum of 3 months and can be issued for holidays, leisure or any other activity legally recognised by the law of the United Republic of Tanzania. However, it has a validity date of no more than one year. It is important to know that with this e-Visa, the holder must still leave the country at least once every three months. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <strong>transit visa<\/strong>: this is issued when you pass through Tanzanian territory when travelling to another country. It is only valid for a maximum of 7 days. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <strong>business visa<\/strong>: this visa is issued to workers travelling to Tanzania to carry out a special assignment.<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What's the right approach?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The process is quick and easy. All you have to do is visit the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">official website<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> set up by the Government of the Republic of Tanzania and fill in the application form online. Everything is done online, including the application and payment. So there's no need to queue up at the Tanzanian embassy in your country. You save time, and you can apply around 7 days before your trip.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To save time and make sure you don't make any mistakes in your application, you can go through a private agency.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><b>What documents do I need to apply for an e-Visa for Tanzania?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is also essential to bring together all the supporting documents that you absolutely must enclose with your visa application.
